The integrated development vision for the Energy & Health Campus in Petten has been finalized and ‘puts a clear dot on the horizon,’ said Hermen van der Lugt, chairman of the EHC’s board. We have joined forces with Proof of the Sum, Arup, and VKZ BV to develop the campus companies into a fully-fledged innovation campus in renewable energy and nuclear medicine.

The unique location in the dunes represents a decisive starting point for the new layout of the campus area. Besides the landscape, the vision touches on other topics such as sustainable mobility, building innovation centres, workplaces, facilities, sustainability, image quality, and accessibility. These are the keys to developing an attractive innovation climate for all campus residents and new users. The joint blueprint for 2045 won’t be achieved all at once but will instead follow an integrated, incremental development plan. We can’t wait for the next step!
