Last week we had an intensive and productive work session with the politicians of Bergisch Gladbach about the future potential of the Zanders areal. We presented our dream for the Zanders Stadt and brainstormed about what this unique site could mean for Bergisch Gladbach. 

For the past months Karres en Brands has been working in close collaboration with the local municipality project team to develop a vision and framework plan. In the next year we will continue this open design process and discuss with inhabitants, developers, experts, and politicians about how to best approach such a complex inner-city transformation.
