Despite the high implementation level of current projects, karres+brands would like even more control over the financial viability and technical feasibility of its projects. For this reason, technical expertise is now available in office.

In January 2016, Nico Wiltenburg joined karres+brands and since then, has established the Technical Department. Nico comes with years of experience in implementation preparation, such as RAW specifications and calculations. For a more detailed description of his experience, see his CV.

With this addition, we have acquired knowledge in technical preparation and supervision of installation work in public spaces. A major advantage of this direct link between design and technology is that technical possibilities can be immediately integrated into the design and possible consequences for the implementation budget are quickly visible. In addition to technical support for our own projects, we offer manufacturing cost estimates, specifications, specification drawings, tendering supervision and construction management services, also to third parties.
