karres+brands, in collaboration with EFFEKT, Atkins, CFBO and Trafikplan, has been selected as one of four teams which will compete to design the Helsinge Nord master plan.

Helsinge Nord will be developed into a neighborhood with green spaces closely linked with the beautiful surrounding landscapes. The master plan covers 65 hectare and includes a strategy for 700 homes, integration of landscape, sustainability and internal traffic solutions in the area.
