Our project De Nieuwe Ooster Cemetery has been nominated as one of the three finalists in the category “Restoration, Enhancement or Development of a Historic Park or Garden”. The other finalists are Peterhof in Russia and the Bodnant Gardens in Wales.

The European Garden Award is a Joint award by the European Garden Heritage Network (EGHN) and the Schloss Dyck Foundation.

Winners will be announced in Berlin on the site of the International Gartenausstellung IGA Berlin 2017 on the 15th September 2017.
