We are delighted to announce that Oberbillwerder ‘The Connected City’ is selected as finalist for the World Architecture Festival 2019, in the category ‘Future project: Masterplanning’.

Oberbillwerder, the largest one-off development in Germany since Hafen City, takes sustainability beyond energy self-sufficiency and climate adaptation. Through an integrative approach to design, it looks into the future of the many layers of the city, from mobility to health from ecology to economy; to open a new chapter in sustainable urban development.
