On March 31st Sylvia Karres will be the Keynote Speaker in the 2017 NLA (Norwegian Association of Landscape Architects) annual Conference in Moss. The theme of the conference is “Urban transformation in medium sized cities”. Other spreakers of the conference include Ole Schrøder from the Danish firm Tredje Natur.
