This Friday it’s finally happening: the iconic Passerelle we designed, spanning the railway right next to Zwolle station, will be officially opened to the public. On Friday, September 5, we will celebrate this special moment during the Timber Construction and Innovation Knowledge Festival in the Spoorzone Zwolle.
During the festival, speakers include Prof. Jan Rotmans, Railway Architect Marianne Loof, and our partner Jasper Nijveldt, who will join a discussion with City Architect Sjoerd Feenstra, senior urban designer Henk Snel, and program manager Wim Korf about how the Passerelle came into being, what it takes to turn a complex process into a success, and which people are essential in that journey. With provocative statements, we will together uncover the essence of how Zwolle organizes area development. This is a festival you don’t want to miss—so make sure to register!
